AS SUCH I will be SLOW with all three of mine (Sion, Mewtwo, Laguna) for the next week or so; I'll still be tagging, just not as much. Feel free to ping me in IRC (even if I'm nicked away) if you want me to tag something.
ALSO for that matter we do have a pokemon chan on IRC if you want to come flail or be a nerd, it's #preparefortrouble and everyone's welcome to drop by!

Notes on Mewtwo's speach!
Feb. 15th, 2009 11:57 pmSo, as most people already know, Mewtwo is a psychic-type Pokemon! To the extent that, whenever he talks, he is talking psychically. There are no exceptions to this, he never speaks aloud, all his communication is telepathic. It doesn't seem to even matter what he's talking to or whether the other person/Pokemon is psychic or not, either, he simply speaks directly into their mind.
Because of this, I'm really... not going to bother doing something like italicizing his comments or anything because he always does it and there's really no point! Just assume that if you are talking to Mewtwo, his voice is in your head. This doesn't mean he's reading minds or anything else though, just... that's the way he communicates.
Also, I'm going to say that yes, yes he can be "overheard" if he's talking to someone if someone else happens to be nearby, same as normal speech. Whenever he talks in canon, he projects it to everyone around him rather than a specific individual or two, so while he's probably capable of limiting himself if he wants to, that seems to be the exception rather than the rule.
With that in mind! If anyone has any questions/comments/special cases in regards to Mewtwo's communicating psychically feel free to let me know, either by poking me on IRC or dropping a comment here.

Physical Traits: IS A POKEMON really uh. See icons?
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Mewtwo can handle pretty much anything, though being an ass who likes to experiment on/control pokemon/people/whatever is a good way to piss him off. :)
Abilities: LOTS OF PSYCHIC-TYPE ABILITIES and various related attacks. In the movies he speaks psychically and is capable of erasing peoples' memories or even completely brainwashing and controlling them, on top of using various actual pokemon moves, so. BASICALLY god-modey psychic-type here.
Notes for the Psychics/Empaths: ...lol uh TALK TO ME FIRST since Mewtwo is... a very powerful psychic-type and you probably can't get in without his noticing! He tends to keep his thoughts to himself unless he's deliberately projecting, so you'd probably get something like a vague sense of his moodiness, if that.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: I am all for antics, though probably give me a heads up first.
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: DO IT.
Maim/Murder/Death: FIGHTING IS OKAY b-but anything more than that talk to me first. :|b
